WHO WE ARE

Weirdo is an independent agency founded in 2020 by Louis Persent and Michelle Yeadon. Our aim is to make creative advertising that’s inclusive, representative and shakes up an industry that’s become  too safe and predictable.

We work with ambitious brands that have a heart. We strive to help create the brands that the future deserves and our current clients are disruptors in the lifestyle, tech and creator space. We’re new and growing, so we’re looking for talented individuals to join our small team.

We are passionate advocates for fairness and equality in advertising and our own experiences have made us resolute in our efforts to build a more responsible and respectful kind of creative company. We welcome applications from all candidates and encourage those from BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ backgrounds to apply. We value attitude, courage and work ethic as much as skills and experience.
